Orders Page

Use Orders to search imported orders, filter by status/date, select rows, and start bulk label creation.

Manual Label Creation

Choose orders, select a service, and let the label workflow reserve/capture wallet funds.

Bulk Label Creation

Select multiple orders from Orders, pick one service, and create a processing batch.

Auto Label Rules

Each rule decides which ShipStation services it handles, what conditions must match, and which label is purchased. Rules run top to bottom; the first match wins.

How Auto Label Works

Imported orders run through top-to-bottom rule evaluation; the first matching rule schedules the purchase using its own timing and service.

Auto Label Statuses

Understand scheduled, processing, completed, failed, skipped, skipped_service, and skipped_status.

Why Was My Order Skipped?

Orders can be skipped because of status, service eligibility, rule mismatch, or an existing label.

Auto Label Failures

Failures show unique orders where automatic label purchase tried to run and could not complete.

Retry vs Ignore

Retry queues another purchase attempt; Ignore marks the failure as no longer requiring action.

Connecting ShipStation

Enter the API Key and API Secret, test the connection, then save it for sync and Auto Label.

Auto Purchase Configuration

Every Auto Label Rule owns its requested services, purchase service, timing, and mark-shipped behavior.

Mark Order As Shipped

After a successful label purchase, ShipXLabel can update ShipStation with tracking and shipped status.

Why Did ShipStation Sync Fail?

Sync can fail because of credential/API issues, carrier mapping, missing order ids, or ShipStation API failures.

What Is A Batch?

A batch is a grouped label run created by bulk label creation or CSV Import.

Processing, completed, failed, and partial reflect grouped label progress.

Downloading Labels

Download merged PDFs, CSV exports, and tracking exports when batch artifacts are ready.

Purchased Labels

Purchased Labels shows download, tracking, detail, and refund actions for created labels.

Return Labels

Return labels use label creation with return mode and are billed through the wallet-backed workflow.

Refund Requests

Eligible created labels can be sent to admin approval before funds are returned.

Wallet Balance

The current balance is the money available for immediate label purchases.

Wallet Transactions

Wallet history shows purchases, refunds, and adjustments with before/after balances.

Notifications

Notifications are sparse operational alerts for items that need awareness or action.
